As a SEN mum myself, I know how full-on life can be. The appointments, the meetings, the worry, the advocating, the endless thinking ahead… and sometimes, we just need a little space to be us.
So on 7th August from 7pm, I’m hosting a relaxed SEN Parent and Carers evening at @angelbarcaversham ✨
This is time for you It’s simply a chance to meet other SEN parents who understand, have a chat, a laugh, make your own drink, and enjoy some nibbles together. 🥂✨

Life can leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from who we truly are. This 12-week journey has been lovingly created to give you the time, space and support to heal, grow and rediscover the incredible person you already are.
💜 Starting Thursday 10th September 🕖 7:00pm – 8:30pm 📅 We will meet for 7 weeks, take a 2-week break for the October half-term holidays, and then return on 12th November to complete our journey together.
Together we'll explore self-love, confidence, gratitude, healing, letting go, purpose, joy and so much more through guided meditations, reflection, activities and a beautiful, supportive community.

Our Spiritual Development Circle is open to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of their spiritual path, whether you’re just starting out or have been on this journey for years. This is a supportive space to learn, share, and grow together.
In our first meeting, we'll discuss the agenda moving forward and engage in a meditation to meet our spirit guides.

I will read a beautiful meditation to get you into a meditative state and while you are relaxed you will receive reiki. In a safe non judgemental environment no experience necessary.
