Step 1 - Discovery Call

Every package starts with a discovery call, this helps me to get to know you and what you’re finding challenging right now, and for you to get to know me, feel more at ease, and understand how our journey will progress.

What your package Includes :

Step 2 - Treatment Sessions

Each package includes several treatment sessions over the space of a month, usually with weekly sessions. These sessions typically last for between 60 and 90 minutes and the content will be tailor made to your individual journey, something we will decide in our discovery call.

Treatment sessions could include all, or a combination of the following therapies :

One to one Reiki
Group family session and meditation
Group sound healing session
Essential oil discovery session - how to use oils to compliment your treatment and you will make a roller ball to take home and use.
Crystal Healing

Step 3 - Follow Up Call

I never leave my clients high and dry after their sessions. Approximately one week after your last session I will give you a follow up call to ensure that you’re not struggling with anything, or have any questions.

You can, at this stage, choose to continue your journey with me and book into one of my longer term programmes for 6-12 months.

We can discuss details of this and what it may look like for you on our follow up call.

There are many ways you can enhance your journey with me without the commitment of a longer programme.

Here are some options to add to your package :

Additional sessions - extra sessions can be booked at any time throughout your package and are booked in 3 session blocks and are charged at £300 per 3 session block.
Additional support calls/zoom can be added to your package to provide an extra level of support when you really need it. A block of 3 calls/zooms can be added for £200 and can be scheduled at any time throughout your package journey.
